Baltasar was a boy who lived in Palos de la Frontera, Spain in 1492. He lived in a house with his aunt and uncle, Serena and Diego. His parents were Abram and Marina Infant. They were converted Jews from Palos who were killed in Spain because of their religious beliefs.
