The Shadow Lantern is the third book of the series Blackhope Enigma. When mysterious painted slides appear at Blackhope Tower, both Sunni and Blaise are required to return to where it all began. They later discover that the slides conceal secrets about Fausto Corvo, who is an artist-magician. Both Sunni and Blaise are now forced to fight against one of Corvo’s old enemy, Soranzo. Will they succeed in protecting Corvo’s secret or will Corvo’s secrets be found out?

Opinion:

An interesting book that I would recommend to many other readers that are into the supernatural. Although it would be best to read the 1st and 2nd book of the series. Not knowing it was a series made the story a bit confusing. Although after reading farther into the story, you could understand many of the things that are going on. I believe it was an amazing book, I just wish the series would continue on.
