The book that I am reviewing is The Crazy Things Girls do for Love by Dyan Sheldon.

In this book the setting is Clifton Springs High School. At this school there are two popular girls, Maya and Sicliee. They are always trying to compete against each other to see who is more popular.

After Christmas break and all the students come back, a new kid arrives. His name is Cody Lightfoot and he is drop dead hot. All of the girls want to try and win him over. At the same time, Clifton Springs' Environmental Club is at risk of being shut down because of low member enrollment. Cody is a very environmentally friendly person, so he joins the club.

All of the girls join the club because Cody is in it. They do not even care about protecting the environment. The club is now overwhelmed by members. All of the girls hope that they can win Cody over by going green.

To see if the girls can win him over, read The Crazy Things Girls do for Love by Dyan Sheldon.

Opinion:

I thought this book was very good. It was a very appropriate book for middle schoolers. I loved how it made you want to keep reading. Suspense was created very nicely by the author.  This book has very few inappropriate parts. I would recommend this book to people in grades 7-9. I also loved how there was a lot of describing words and details in it.
