Hope in a Bottle
Newly ordained, Father William Sullivan set out as a missionary to aid a hurricane-ravaged village in South America. However, he never arrived. Storms and sea life conspired to maroon the priest on a remote island void of human life. Still eager to serve, Father William refuses to allow isolation to prevent his helping those in need; the wounded, the desperate and the defeated. So with pen, paper and bottles, Father William casts messages into the surf intent on reaching those who need him the most.

Profile Picture

The book that I am reviewing is Hope in a Bottle by Neil O’Donnell.

In this book, the main character is Father William. He and six other people are flying to a hurricane hit country to help out. While they are in flight, the plane crashed over the ocean. Father William tells everyone else to use the life boats before him, and he stays back.
