"Gaby and The Best Middle School Self-defense Book Ever" is about Lily and Gaby as they go through the troubles of middle school. Lily and Gaby write a book about their troubles for their English class grade, and to help others. Will Gaby and Lily become friends? Or will middle school drama tear them apart?

Opinion:

I liked this book because of its funny characters, relatable issues, and hilarious, crazy events. I would recommend this book to any middle school girl struggling with academic, social, or personal problems.
