Allergic to Mornings is an encouraging book for readers to read when they are overwhelmed by feelings of nervousness. The book takes a glimpse at Gabby’s morning before her first day of kindergarten. To relieve her daughter’s fears, Gabby’s mom asks Gabby about her teachers, friends, and anticipated activities that are waiting for her at school.
